The Lost Cuts
Experience a beef renaissance as we showcase and compare ‘The Lost Cuts’ of beef through the years with bistro filet vs. onglet, skirt vs. spinalis and flat iron vs. tenderloin from regions and producers from all over Australia, in partnership with Flinders & Co and H.W Greenhams & Sons.
With a steak tartare and a light spanner crab crumpet to start, matched wines will be served throughout the evening, and petit fours to finish.
Tickets are $195 per person including matched wines.
