The Wagyu Showcase
We’re concluding our beef degustation series with a rare and premium display of Japanese and Australian wagyu, expertly matched with wines from our reserve program.
This event is exclusive to Morris Hospitality and The Railway Club Hotel, in partnership with Flinders & Co and H.W Greenhams & Sons.
This luxurious menu will include grass fed, grain fed and vintage wagyu before culminating in an Australian MB9+ and Japanese A5 MB12 side-by-side comparison. Alongside the wagyu flights will be quail scotch egg and scallop carpaccio to start, with petit fours to finish.
To accompany the meal, matched wines will be provided by our in-house wine team.
Tickets are $245 per person including matched wines.
